HOW TO RETURN
OR EXCHANGE A PURCHASE:
FANCY SOX offers
a return policy on all items. Due to the intimate nature of our products
you may only return items that have not been tried on. In its original
packaging you may return the item by mail or in person at any of our locations.
Please ensure that you have the receipt with your item as a proof of purchase.
If you are returning
by mail:
Please ensure that the postmark is not dated later than 30 days from the
date of purchase and note that you are responsible for all shipping costs
incurred in your return.
If you are returning
at the store:
Please ensure that you also have the merchandise not tried on and with
your receipt no later than 30 days.
Our refund policy:
You may receive an exchange or a credit note or a credit on your Master
card or Visa.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
30 DAYS:
All returns must be postmarked no later than 30 days from when the order
is placed.
DOCUMENTATION:
Your invoice and unopened package must be sent together in order to
receive a refund.
GOOD CONDITION:
All returned items must be in their original state and be unworn and
not tried on before they can be accepted.
Any return that is not in good condition will not be accepted.
NON-RETURNABLE
ITEMS:
Due to the intimate nature of our products and hygienic standards
of concerns, we regret that it is not possible for us to accept any returns
on hosiery to which the package has been opened.
